Airlock Linkage System

In this project, we engineered a functional assembly of linkages to convert the rotary motion of a motor to linear motion that controls pressure in an airlock. We had to optimize positioning within challenging constraints using simple/complex stress and failure analysis, CAD, and FEA and came within the top bracket of students.
